We have had the chance to review items from Perry Ellis. My husband absolutely loves Perry Ellis, but we don’t have a store locally. He was able to try a V-Neck Cotton Slub Shirt. My first thought when seeing this shirt is how soft it looked! It is 100% cotton made with slub fabrication. I had to google what slub fabrication meantm but I couldn’t find a definition. If you know, please tell me! Another great feature is that it’s machine washable. The shirt fit great, but it wasn’t as soft as I had thought- it seems to be made really nicely though. When I hear Perry Ellis, I always think about it being expensive. The V-Neck Cotton Slub Shirt is only $29.50! I was surprised to know it isn’t very expensive.
We also had the opportunity to try perfume from Perry Ellis as well. I have always had my standard perfume that I have used. Well, not anymore! I have told my husband the next time he wants to purchase perfume for me, that he is instructed to buy the perfume from Perry Ellis. I just grabbed it again to smell it again while writing the review. It is really awesome!!! It is a sweet smell that is not overpowering whatsoever. A lotion would be great in this scent! (Hint, Hint Perry Ellis!)

You can totally tell the difference in quality of this shirt compared to others I have purchased for him on the cheap. My husband always tells me that when it comes to clothing, it’s worth it to pay a little more for well made clothes because they will last much longer. I hate to admit it, but in his case, he’s right. For myself, I usually buy clothing from places like Target and I’m fine with them only lasting one season because they were inexpensive and sometimes go out of style anyways. Plus, I wear them often. Since my husband has a job that requires specific attire, he only wears his “own” clothing on weekends. He liked this machine washable 100% Pima cotton shirt because the fabric was smooth and fit nicely. I liked it because it came out of the dryer without needing an iron and it looks good on him!
