For breakfast I had a Western Omelet with a maple sausage patty. My whole family loved the breakfast combos and I loved how amazingly fast and easy it was to grab a healthy breakfast which I’d normally just skip.
For lunch and/or dinner the chicken sticks were my favorite. They come in three flavors (bacon & cheese, monterey jack and buffalo ranch. All meals are with a side of veggies. I love these meals for the taste and convenience alone but am thrilled that my freezer is filled with healthy options I can eat during my busy day and feel good about!
Personal Trainer Food arrives in a large cooler packed with dry ice. The meals and sides are all packaged individually into perfect portion sizes. They don’t come in boxes, just the bags that are designed for cooking in the microwave. This means a lot more will fit in your freezer and it’s a good thing because you get a lot of food with this program! Make sure your freezer is cleared out and ready before receiving your delivery! I filled my entire freezer and it has been so awesome not having to meal plan!
