There are definitely some benefits to all of this extra time we are staying at home due to the coronavirus. We might be missing our friends and extended family but we are also forming tighter bonds with our immediate family. We have a lot more down time than we are used to. As a busy sports family with three kids in multiple sports we never used to have time for any “extras” like painting our nails together. Now we have time for full spa days if we want!
My oldest daughter is 11. She’s the girly girl that loves all beauty related things. She’s getting to that age and I have having to navigate that with her, deciding which products are safe and appropriate. Piggy Paint is a safe, non-toxic nail polish that comes in a lot of fun colors. It is non-flammable, hypoallergenic, cruelty-free, vegan and made in the U.S.A.
Piggy Paint’s water based formula looks and acts just like any other type of nail polish but without the harsh solvents and dizzying fumes. In fact, they even offer scented formulas that are a lot of fun! Choose from over 40 beautiful, whimsically named shades ranging in price from $7.99 for a .5oz bottle to $22.50 for a gift set. You can also find a special Hulrey collection in select Target stores with .33 bottles for just $4.99 each or a special boxed set of four mini polishes for $7.99.
