I have never heard of Pocoyo. Have I been living under a rock? Following the adventures of an inquisitive, fun-loving 3-year-old boy, Pocoyo (“little me” in Spanish) is based on the hit CGI series that originated in Spain. Now airing on Nick Jr., PBS, and Univision, Bandai’s toys capture the vibrant and exuberant world of Pocoyo and his animal friends.
There is a large line of Pocoyo items to choose from even which include bath toys, electronic car, and plush toys. Children aged 1-3 can experience the fun of Pocoyo. We had the chance to review the Pocoyo Bump N’ Go Car. When I first saw the toy, I have to admit that it didn’t seem very appealing to me. Then, I had to remember the minimum age was 1 year old. It’s a plastic Pocoyo that sits in a red car. To make the car go, push his head. It’s so cute when he bumps into something because he honks and reverses. It takes 3 AA batteries that are not included (bummer)! The negative side to me is that it is $24.99. I can’t say that I would spend this much on the toy. If your children are Pocoyo nuts though, the Pocoyo Bump N’ Go Car
is really cute!
