I love Premier Protein shakes, especially when I’m really busy. I often don’t want to stop and take the time to make myself a meal but these shakes are great as a meal replacement with 30g of healthy protein nad only 160 calories and 1g of sugar. They give me sustained energy when I need it most!
During football season I often give my son a Premier Protein shake. Practices run from 5:30-7:30 when we would normally eat dinner. I aim for dinner before practice but some days it doesn’t happen. Premier Protein is a lifesaver on those day! Jackson can drink a shake and have the energy to make it through practice without starving!
I love that I can stock up on Premier Protein Shakes at Costco when I pick up other snacks to keep my family’s bellies full! The kids are super picky but the like the shakes! They actually think they are a treat (shh! Don’t tell!) They really do taste delicious though!
Carmel is the newest flavor. The didn’t have it at my Costco but I did get a chance to try it! Just like the other flavors from Premier Protein, this one did not disappoint. Honestly, I can’t pick a favorite. I like them all!
