We hosted a giveaway for the Princess Bride Game
right before Christmas and the winner has written a review on the game so that you can get a feel for the game. Here’s what she had to say:
We actually just got a chance to play this about a week ago, and I really wished I had opened it sooner! This game is delightful. I really love that the voice actors are some of my favorite actors from the movie, that really got me engaged right away since I am a big fan of the movie. I loved that the individual games were so different. As a fan of the movie, it should come as no surprise that one of my favorites was the “Battle of the Wits” where I could put my movie trivia knowledge to good use. I also really liked mixing potions with Miracle Max – I was a biology major, after all, and I sometimes miss the lab.
Great game, and my kids will really enjoy it when they are just a bit older – they will probably be finding it under the tree for Christmas as their first video game. I still think I’ll always like it more than they do because of the sentimental factor of how much I love the movie.
