Moms have been bathing babies in sinks for generations with various “techniques” like using a bath towel in the bottom for comfort. Now there is a product specifically designed to make bath time in the sink quick, easy and comfortable. It’s called the Puj Tub. Made of soft PVC and BPA free foam, it folds and conforms to fit most sinks and protects the baby during bath time. Bathing a baby in the sink with a Puj Tub conserves water and energy and the small and flexible mat is easy to store when not in use. The Puj Tub is designed for babies newborn to six months and up to 17 pounds. It retails for around $40.
I wish I had one of these when my kids were newborns. I had the huge, clunky plastic baby bath that can be set in the sink but it was cumbersome and awkward. The Puj tub seems so much easier and comfortable for baby. The photograph above almost makes me want a 4th baby! So sweet!
