I have to admit, when this movie arrived and I saw the cover I practically groaned out loud. I thought it was going to be really cheesy and dumb. I was only partially right. It is a little cheesy but I actually found the movie to be quite humorous and ended up really enjoying watching it with my family. The silly humor is best suited to 4 to 11 year olds (and apparently 30-something moms) but my 2 and a half year old son also enjoyed parts of it between playing with his toys. There is a part at the end of the movie that makes me laugh every time I see it. And believe me, I’ve seen it quite a few times since Aliens in the Attic is on my son’s current fave list. I won’t spoil it for you though! If you need a holiday gift, this movie would be suitable for a wide range of recipients! If you have a few minutes, watch the trailer below.
