How organized are you? Do you keep receipts and important documents filed so you know exactly where they are when and if you need them? I admit that I’m not very good at this. They keep everything organized for you in an online platform so you can log into your secure account and access what you need, when you need it. You can either mail in your receipts, business cards etc which they will scan and upload or you can submit your documents via mobile phone or iPhone app.
Receipts are automatically tagged into 15 common tax categories, and are data entered by store name, date, total, and payment type. Users can also define custom categories like “Business Trip,” and can export expense data to Excel, QuickBooks, Quicken, CSV and PDF formats.
After shoeboxed scans business cards, the extracted contact information as well as the scanned card are available in the users online account. Users can easily import contacts to Salesforce, Constant Contact, Outlook, Google, LinkedIn and other sites and applications.
