One of my favorite things about summer is sitting around a campfire roasting marshmallows. Our family often uses Reeses Peanut Butter Cups instead of Hershey bars to make S’mores– SO Good! We haven’t been camping yet this year but that hasn’t stopped us from making S’mores because we got the chance to try new KRAFT JET-PUFFED STACKERMALLOWS. Stackermallows are flat, rectangular marshmallows that are perfect for microwavable s’mores. Just stack one on top of a graham cracker and pop it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then add a square of chocolate (or a peanut butter cup!) and top with another graham cracker. Of course my kids loved this but the Hubs and I often snuck them after the kids were in bed.
Stackermallows are not just for S’mores though. Use them for layering in desserts or to top sweet potatoes. I’d love to hear your creative uses for marshmallows. These could be a lot of fun! What are you favorite recipes using marshmallows?
