Did you know that you can create your own fundraiser though the Schwan’s Cares program? Whether you’re raising money for your youth sports team, church group, PTA, community program or another type of fundraiser, Schwan’s makes it easy to reach your goals. After a simple set up of your campaign, there are two ways to earn:

Supporters of the group’s fundraising Web page can then shop online from more than 350 of Schwan’s® home-style foods and help the fundraising group meet its goals with online purchases.
Normally, I cringe at fundraiser. I hate buying stuff I don’t need to support a cause. I know that sounds bad but there are so many fundraisers for school and sporting events for our three kids that it’s costly! I love Schwan’s and it something our family will use (everyone needs to eat, right?) so this is actually a fundraiser I can get excited about! An excuse to order easy to make and delicious meals for my family!
Below are some Schwan’s items we’ve tried recently:
Asian Style Vegetable Stir-Fry with Fire Grilled Chicken Breast — This is a super fast and easy meal to fix on busy nights. Just heat up in a skillet and serve with rice! A nice healthy meal in minutes! It comes with a seasoning packet to give the veggies a kick of asian flavoring.
Roasted Peppers and Onions with Fire Grilled Chicken Breast. I have no idea why I never thought of this before but this combination makes for super fast and easy chicken fajitas. We just added some cheese, guacamole and sour cream and rolled it up in a tortilla. I felt like I made a great meal but it didn’t take much effort at all!
I also like Schwan’s for convenient sides like Super Sweet Cut Corn and Broccoli Florets. I use both of these either on their own or in recipes. I like the broccoli for a quick lunch of broccoli & cheese baked (microwaved) potatoes. Both are also good in casseroles so it’s nice to have them on hand in the freezer.
SPECIAL RECIPE™ Four Cheese Pizza — We like to keep at least one frozen pizza on hand at all times. Sometimes we use them for the kids when we make a meal that we know they won’t really eat. This way we can just stick it in the oven while we prepare our meal rather than trying to make two whole separate meals. Sometimes we use them for play date lunches or Friday night pizza parties!
Butter Pecan Ice Cream — Perhaps one of my favorite Schwan’s products is their ice cream. Seriously, it doesn’t even matter what flavor — they are always SO good! This flavor was no exception of course!
Schwan’s Home Delivery offers a wide selection of foods from appetizers to desserts and everything in between. You can see my past reviews for some of my favorites or browse the site yourself.
