Taste of Nature Review & #Giveaway

That doesn’t surprise me at all because I’m one of them.  Convenience foods are rarely healthy but who has time to stop and prepare healthy snacks during their busy day?  Not this mama.  In fact, I rarely take the time for breakfast or lunch and rely on easy snacks to get me through my day. Luckily there are convenience foods that are healthy for you, and taste good to boot if you can believe it! Taste of Nature Snack Bars are one of them.  I love them because they are sweet and filling and provide a boost of energy. You might love them because the are:

There are several different varieties including California Almond Valley, Canadian Maple, Himalayan Goji Summit, Persian Pomegranate Garden, Brazilian Nut Fiesta, Quebec  Cranberry Carnival and more!  These fruit and nut bars are loaded with nuts and seeds with small bit of fruit and sweetened with agave nectar and brown rice syrup.  They’re a good source of protein and fiber making them the perfect healthy snack to grab on the run.

I tend to get a little shaky when I get hungry so I like to stash snacks in my purse or glove box of my car for “emergencies”, those times when errands take longer than expected.  Those are the times I’m tempted to hit the drive through but Taste of Nature Bars are perfect for holding me over until meal time.  My kids really like them too!
