My family received a Meat Lasagna meal for our review. I can tell you, I would have been thrilled to receive one of these meals after the births of our kids! In fact, I was thrilled just to have this meal on hand for a stressful day (and working from home with three little kids, that’s most days!) There is never enough time in a day so have a full meal that I can basically just pop in the oven can be a lifesaver.
The meat lasagna was flavorful with just the right amount of cheese. Our kids aren’t big eaters so it was the perfect size for our family of five even though I thought the tray was on the small side. It paired well with the breadsticks and green beans that came with it. I’m not sure if the green beans were part of a larger meal package and we received it by accident but there was enough of these to feed an army! Our meal also come with a pie for dessert (what a treat!) and some soup which we actually saved for another meal.
All in all, two thumbs up for a great service, a nice meal, and some stress taken off of this busy mama!
