I reviewed the VTech V.Reader a few months ago and I can not express how much my kids love this! Santa brought my daughter the Shrek game and she plays it for hours everyday. Literally- hours!
Soon, you can purchase gift cards to download the V.Reader titles of your own from the Learning Lodge Navigator. Using the gift card is super easy! I loaded it in no time flat and was able to search through ALL of the titles to see what my kids would like. VTech recently released four new premium Sesame Street titles also! Many of the titles are only $4.99 and some are as low as $2.99!!! Yay! My son freaks over Sesame Street, so we definitely snagged those up!
VTech also just released an iPhone app, “VTech: What’s That Noise.” The app, which can be purchased on iTunes for only $2.99 tasks kids to watch a story about Rufus the dog and play up to eight reading games.
VTech has partnered with the non-profit organization First Book to launch a “Buy a Book, Give a Book” campaign. VTech will donate a book for each purchase of a V.Reader interactive e-reading system, e-book or accessory. Through this campaign, VTech will donate a total of 15,000 new books to First Book and kids in need.
