So, this week on Weigh Me Wednesday I am taking a break from weighing in. I don’t think that I have gained any, but I have been so tired with my husband gone that I need a break to just relax and not worry about weighing myself as I have a lot on my plate.
Other than my husband being gone for one day, I was able to continue to go to my body bootcamp class. As much as I despise working out and definitely despise running, it still makes me feel better about myself. I have been contemplating on doing a 5K. Notice I said doing. There’s no way I could run the whole thing!! I was hoping to run a mile, walk a mile, etc… We’ll see. It’s for a good cause, so even if I don’t do it the money will be used properly.
So, have you made any goals to do something such as a 5K or even if it’s walk a mile everyday? In last week’s post, I spoke about how good it was to do something even if it is walking 1/2 mile daily. Did you make any commitments and how is it going?
