Wendy’s is offering a FREE Jr. Frosty per visit (with purchase) through December 31st, 2010, when you donate $1.00 to the Dave Thomas Foundation. Various proceeds will benefit from the $1.00 donation; the National Adoption Center, (Dave Thomas’ daughter was adopted) and Goodwill. Wendy’s in exchange will give you a Frosty tag to place onto your keychain; present this when dining at Wendy’s to receive your FREE Jr. Frosty.
Through calling my local Wendy’s I have learned a couple things. First, Wendy’s is a franchise, so not all Wendy’s may be participating in this special event. Second, although my surrounding area may not be participating in the event now, this does not mean they will not participate in the future. Each manager I called requested that I call back every couple weeks to see if they have decided to participate. This may be the case for your Wendy’s as well.
There are confirmed participating locations in: Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Florida, Texas, Washington, and Nebraska.
