Recipe Monday: Sopapilla Cheesecake

2 8oz packages of cream cheese1 1/2 cups sugar2 tsp cinnamon2 cans crescent rolls1/4 cup waterBeat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar with a mixer. Add the water to help soften.
