On Wednesday, April 28th, 2010, Baskin-Robbins stores across the country will hold 31 Cent Scoop Night from 5-10 pm to honor America’s firefighters. I used to go when I was in college (we don’t have one here darnit), but I agree that the lines are SOOO long! They advertise it on the radio and everything so it makes it hard.
