Our Coupon Home Review & $20 Gift Card Giveaway

I have had the chance to review a site called Our Coupon Home.  Since I normally do my own grocery matchups, I was a little skeptical about trying another site, but glad to see comparisons.  Our Coupon Home offers many different grocery stores and drugstore matchups each week.  You should be able to find almost any store you are looking for.  My mission?  Take $20 to Meijer and see what deals I can find off Our Coupon Home‘s site.

I must have chosen a bad week to visit Meijer because the deals were not that exciting (which is crazy because it was just last week and in time for the holidays)!  I knew I could spend $20 though!  Here is what I got:

5 pints of blackberries
2 gallons of Meijer White Milk
Rice Krispies
-Used $1/2 from 11/8 RP
2 Kraft Marcaroni & Cheese Dinners
Freschetta Pizza
-Used $1 from 11/15 SS
Oscar Mayer Bacon
-Used $0.75 from 11/15 SS

My total was $19.47 before tax, so I did go over the $20 a tad after tax.  Not all of it is pictured.  With 3 kids it is rough getting them in the door, let alone groceries and taking a picture haha.  Our Coupon Home lists the deals for Meijer in category order.  I noticed I didn’t have a few of the coupons in my inserts that were listed, but that is completely typical.  I am sure I list coupons on my deals that aren’t in other people’s inserts.  Our Coupon Home is easy to navigate.  The only thing I didn’t like is that the drop down menu is hard to read.  I have to scroll over each link to see what they say.  I wish I didn’t have to do that.  It’s a great source for your needs though and get involved in their forums.  I’m sure there is so much to learn there!
