Bakugan Review & Giveaway

In a follow up to the hit 2009 video game, Bakugan Battle Brawlers, Activision presents Bakugan: Defenders of the Core.  Players are challenged to save the world from destruction by discovering hidden clues, unlocking new levels and battling the evil spirits that are sucking the life force from the world.

Transforming from small balls into large creatures, Bakugan engage in real-time in head-to-head combat.  The Bakugan are completely customizable in their attack tactics and can be directly controlled during their battles.  Discover all new unlockable levels and characters in Bakugan: Defenders of the core.  The game is available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Wii, Nintedno DS and PSP platforms for less than $40.  Look for the limited edition Bakugan Action Figure which comes with some Nintendo DS copies of the game.

This game is something my nephews would totally be into.  The fact that you can get this game with an action figure is really appealing- a video game and a real-life hands on toy in one!  I also love the linked multi-player aspect of the Nintendo Wii version.  It’s so cute when all of my nieces and nephews get together with their DS games and play linked up.  They are in their own little world and it’s adorable to watch.
