When I saw these pieces (above) from the Total Girl line at JCPenney I thought they were super adorable. The colors and and styles are just that — total girl. The summer trends featured in this line inlcude Tropical, Conversational Prints, Handkercheif Hem, Black & White, Frayed Shorts and Cats.
I love having the opportunity to review clothing because it opens to my eyes to styles I may never have considered on my own. My daughter, McKinley loves these two outfits and when she wears them she gets a little extra spunk in her step. I can tell they make her feel good. I know bright colors are on-trend but they aren’t something I’m naturally drawn to. I would never have sought these pieces out on my own but think they look completely adorable on her. The comfortable and casual pineapple tank with cotton shorts is perfect for hot summer days. The denim vest dresses it up a little bit and gives it a little edgy style.
The romper is slightly less casual but it’s still comfortable and fun for everyday wear. The Chevron print and color combination of this outfit are sassy and sweet at the same time, just like my girl!
