A couple of weeks ago I received this really fun package that included a bottle of Yellow Tail Sangria Blanco, some heavenly smelling candles, Mason style jars and coasters, an adorable mini piñata and some beaded necklaces. I’ve never really been a fan of wine but a few years ago, a friend introduced me to sangria and I was hooked. I love the fresh, fruity flavor! I’ve only ever ordered it in restaurants and didn’t even know I could actually BUY a bottle of it!
I knew when I smelled the candles that if it was any indication to the flavor of Sangria Blanco, I’d love it. Sangria Blanco is described as a refreshing combination of premium white wine with a splash of sweet citrus and peach. You can enjoy it chilled, over ice or fancied up a bit with some fresh fruit. Since we were on our way out for a camping trip, I just stuck it in the cooler.
A couple of girlfriends an myself enjoyed a glass camping-style in red Solo cups with ice as we relaxed for the evening after setting up camp. The flavor was great! I love peach so this was right up my alley. The wine flavor stood out a little more than I personally like but I think if I had added some fruit, it would have been PERFECT!
