I married a football fanatic. I may not have known exactly what I was getting myself into but after 11 years of marriage, I am well versed in the football season procedures. Sundays are for football. So are Monday nights, Thursday nights, Saturdays, oh and Friday nights for high school football. We root for the Seahawks, University of Washington Huskies and the Snohomish Panthers.
Our 9 year old plays football too. He got to go to Huskies training camp with his buddies last year, meet some players and grab some autographs. It was a super cool experience for him. Last year these same buddies started their own fantasy football league. Needless to say, we are now a football family. And I love it!
It’s not uncommon for us to have a few friends over for a game. Sometimes we have a bit more than a few. But sometimes we hunker down with a warm and easy meal and watch the game as a family. Either way, Foster Farms products are a go-to game day staple. We aren’t the only ones that think so either! I was checking out at the grocery store with my Foster Farms Popcorn Chicken on Tuesday and the bagger commented that I must be having a football party. Popcorn Chicken does make a great party appetizer but this week I had something else in mind.
Popcorn Chicken bowls are a favorite in our family. It’s a whole meal in one bowl, perfect for eating in front of the T.V. when the game is on. It’s super easy and quick to make so I can relax and enjoy the game too. I use instant potatoes, add gravy, cooked Popcorn Chicken (I use our Air Fryer because it’s extra fast) then sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon. We also like to put corn in it. It’s filling and delicious! 
Our picky kids aren’t the biggest fans of this meal but they LOVE Foster Farms Popcorn Chicken so I just let them pick their dipping sauces and choose their own sides for a stress-free meal for the whole family!
