Summer always sneaks up on us here in the Pacific Northwest. It rains and rains forever and then suddenly the sun arrives and the kids have nothing to wear because they’ve outgrown last year’s summer clothes. It’s been so wet and dreary that shorts and tanks have been the farthest thing from my mind!
I love to shop but as a busy mom of 3 I find it difficult to carve out the time. KIDBOX makes it really easy to get your kid’s summer wardrobes started. I’ve always been very pleased with the KIDBOX shipments my girls have received. They absolutely LOVE opening their boxes to see what’s inside and they immediately try everything on while ooohing and ahhing over their fashionable new clothes.
KIDBOX is a style box that offers premier brands at significant savings. They also give back — they are on a mission to clothe one million children. For every KIDBOX purchased, a new clothing item is donated to a child in need. KIDBOX is the perfect way to teach kids the importance of social good, while providing underprivileged kids with brand new clothing items that give them a sense of pride and positive self-worth. Your child can select the charity that KIDBOX donates to. We always choose Foster Care.
There are MANY reasons I love KIDBOX. One is that they are super fun to receive. Who doesn’t like a surprise? Each $98 box contains 6-7 name brand items. You take a quiz to determine your child’s style. You can also include notes like your child refuses to wear pink. They are really good about sending things you’ll love. If you need more tops than bottoms or prefer more solids or trendy items you can let them know. It’s pretty awesome. Our box usually contains 1 non-clothing item like a bracelet or small trinket — my girls really look forward to this while ripping open the pretty tissue paper wrapped stacks of clothing.
Another reason I like KIDBOX is because it often comes with things I would have never picked out on my own but that look adorable on my girls. It gives them more variety to their wardrobe!
I mean seriously, how cute is this outfit?! The white ankle skinny jeans are 7 for all Mankind, an expensive brand I would never pay full price for. The top isn’t something either of us would have picked off the rack but when McKinley put it on with her new jeans she loved it. I have to agree — it looks great on her! For this box we requested trendier as well as sporty items and they knocked it out of the park.
KIDBOX saves me so much time! It’s so nice to get a box full of mix and match items to start off each season. Then we can slowly add what we need when I have time to shop. Plus, it saves us money — the girls get name brand clothing and I don’t have to worry as much about the price tag because I know we are getting a great deal with KIDBOX!
If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should! You can keep what you like and send back whatever don’t in the prepaid mailer that comes with your box. Honestly, we have yet to send anything back — they are that good! You can use this link to get $25 off your first box!

This is really neat and something I would have used. But she’s outgrown them!
