AmourCBD: The First FDA Registered CBD Cream #giveaway

I am by no means an expert on CBD.  In fact, I was only recently introduced to CBD products as pain relief.  I’m stumbling around, finding my way and trying out new products like Amour CBD Advanced Pain Relief cream and sharing my experiences.  Amour CBD is the first FDA registered CBD cream made from the best quality and medical-grade ingredients.

One important thing that I look for in CBD creams is that they don’t contain any TCH, the psychoactive substance in cannabis and hemp.  AmourCBD doesn’t contain any THC.  I looked at the ingredient list to try to get a better grasp of the product.  The first ingredient is Lidocaine HCL 4%.  From what I could find, this ingredient is used as a topical treatment for minor skin irritations and pain.  The last ingredient listed is Triethanolamine 200mg CBD.  I found it interesting that this was listed as a single ingredient with no comma separating Triethanolamine from 200mg CBD.  Triethanolamine is an ingredient used to balance the pH of a product and works as an emulsifier that helps creams spread more evenly over the skin.  At first I thought that 200 mg of CBD seemed high until I realized that is the total amount in the whole tube. This seems more reasonable to me though it is still hard to gauge how much CBD is in each application.

I didn’t research every ingredient in the cream but it’s all listed on the tube and on the website so you know exactly what you’re using and can do some research on your own if you wish.

This cream worked for me to relieve minor back and shoulder pain.  I liked how smooth and easy it was to apply.  A little bit goes a long way and spreads easily which I really appreciated since I’m using it on a larger area of my body.  I also love that it’s odor free and absorbs quickly. It also offers long lasting results!

Other CBD products I’ve tried didn’t contain Lidocaine HCL.  I’m not sure which ingredient is doing more work — the Lidocaine or the CBD. But it works, and that’s what counts!
