Weigh Me Wednesday: Yes, I’ve Missed a Few Weeks Edition (and I know it’s Thursday too)

I know...I missed the last two weeks of checking in.  I couldn't weigh on Wednesday the past few weeks because I've had meetings and my husband was gone.  I hope to be back to a Wednesday weighing next week.  As for this week, I lost 2.8 lbs.  No idea how I did that, but I will take it.  :)  The two previous weeks, I lost 1 lb. and over 1 lb. the next week.  I have 5 lbs. left to my first goal!  I … [Read more...]
