If you’ve never tried dry brushing, I highly recommend it. It feels amazing and offers some great health benefits too! Bare Botanicals Exfoliating Dry Brush makes it easy to do. I like to follow my dry brushing with a hot shower and a little more exfoliating! I love Bare Botanics Sea Salt Body Scrub. It comes in a variety of scents. I have the Lavender Tea Tree scent which really gives all the luxury spa vibes. Each jar comes with a cute wooden spoon to help dispense the product. This salt scrub is dryer than most of the scrubs I’ve tried recently yet somehow more moisturizing! It works great with a little added water and leaves behind a layer of moisturization. Since I’m prone to breakouts, I only like to use this product on my arms and legs. It removes all my dry flakes and leaves my skin silky smooth!
These body scrubs are available in 10 different fragrances and are made with ultra-fine sea salt and a combination of nutrient rich, plant based moisturizers including avocado oil, argan oil, jojoba oil and aloe vera. These ingredients target the top and innermost layers of our skin to gently exfoliate away dead sink cells, oils, dirt and other impurities and moisturize it leaviting it radiant and glowing!
I don’t exfoliate every day but I do try to moisturize daily! Bare Botanics Unscented Body OIl is a great option, especially for a daily, after shower moisturizer! This non-greasy and fast absorbing body oil is expertly formulated to offer moisturization that sinks deep into the skin. It’s even great for hair and nails! You can also get this oil in a variety of scents if you prefer that. It’s made with natural ingredients with no additives!
I’ve heard lots of wonderful things about Magnesium Oil so I was excited to try Bare Botanics Magnesium OIl. It is made from the highest quality magnesium chloride from the ancient seabeds of the Dead Sea. This carefully crafted topical magnesium spray contains fast-absorbing minerals to help relieve soreness, reduce stress, and promote sleep and relaxation.

For me personally, I wanted to use this on my back and hip areas. It is hard to spray without help on those areas as the sprayer doesn’t really work when it’s upside down. I can, however, spray it on my hands and rub into these areas. For me, I didn’t have very noticeable results. I don’t dislike the product, but it also wasn’t a big game changer for me. I am going to have my kids who are athletes give it a try as I think it will be more beneficial to them.
