Beanfields Chips Review & Giveaway

I was a very picky eater as a kid.  My mom was always looking for ways to get some protein and fiber in my diet because I didn’t like meat. Somehow, I liked beans– baked beans and refried beans.  I made sure to introduce beans to my kids because of this and they are fans as well.  My hubby on the other hand does not like beans.  He says it’s the texture.  I guess that makes sense as to why he enjoyed Beanfields Chips- no mushy texture!  Beanfields chips are made from black beans, navy beans and rice.  They are gluten free and corn free.  They are also free from the top 8 allergens and non GMO which makes them a good alternative to corn and potato chips.  They have 4 grams of fiber AND 4 grams of protein in each serving.  Beanfields chips are available in 4 flavors:

• unsalted
• sea salt
• sea salt & pepper
• pico de gallo

While we enjoyed the two flavors we tried, sea salt and pico de gallo, we preferred the sea salt variety.  Surprisingly, my husband especially enjoyed them and even asked about them a couple of weeks later when they were gone.  They are crispy and crunchy- similar to a tortilla chip only tastier!  I  love that they are a healthy snack that actually tastes good.
