I am the type of person that is very nervous about breastfeeding in public. To me, it is a personal thing to do and I always feared the blanket falling off and having too much exposure. I would nurse in front of relatives, but it was with the use of a blanket. The blankets are always bulky, heavy and hot.
I discovered Bebe au Lait, also known as Hooter Hiders, and I couldn’t be happier! The cover is very stylish and has a great neck feature that allows you to see down the cover as you are nursing while nobody else sees anything. My son is also no longer distracted by my daughter staring right at him while he’s nursing. He is a very big boy, so for both of us to be covered completely, this is a GREAT product. I used it in front of others and never once felt insecure.
There are many other uses for the Bebe au Lait nursing cover. Other than a nursing cover, it can be draped over the stroller to protect the baby from sun. It can also be used as a blanket. I also noticed the terry cloth in the corner and think that is ingeious to clean spitups.
The nursing covers retail for $35 and can be purchased from their website http://www.bebeaulait.com/. Bebe au Lait also carries burp rags, hooded towels and bibs.
We are giving away a Bebe au Lait in Sevilla (pictured left). Find out how to win one of your very own below. Be sure to check out our other giveaways HERE.

oooooh! I love my bebe au lait that I bought used on ebay… I was tired of having the squirmer pull the blanket off, making me do the quick dive to get my shirt down! 🙂 This product is magical! Hope I win! 🙂
