My youngest turned 4 last week. We celebrated with a Cinderella party because her favorite color is blue and her favorite princess is Cinderella (of course!). I don’t have a ton of extra time to throw parties like I would really like to so I took advantage of online ordering at Birthday Express and mixed it in with a few handmade elements to pull off the perfect party for my little Princess. I used my Cricut Explore to make the Happy Birthday banner and the cupcake toppers. The rest of the party was thanks to the help of Birthday Express!
These adorable polkadot cupcake wrappers are reversible with small polkadots on one side and large polkadots on the other. They come in punch out sheets and are easily assembled but tucking the tab into a pre-cut slot.
Birthday Express was a lifesaver when it came to party favors. First, they had these adorable favor boxes! They actually sell these pre-filled if you want which really saves on time but I wanted to customize mind a little so I just ordered candy necklaces, lipgloss rings, princess crown lollipops, princess bubbles and heart shaped notepads. All of these were affordably priced — one doze of the adorable notepads were only $1.99! I added Surf Sweets organic candy, some princess stickers and some Etekcity Finger lights to complete our party favor boxes which were a huge hit with the kids!
I didn’t decorate a ton but I did use a plastic Cinderella table cloth and some table topper decorations. We also used Cinderella plates for dessert. I was very pleased with the selection at Birthday Express as well as how easy it was to shop. You can even purchase party kits (complete party in a box!) with just a few clicks. I picked and chose what I wanted but still got a discount for purchasing a number of items from the same collection. Ordering was fun and easy. Hosting birthday parties typically stress me out but having a one-stop-shop for all the party supplies made one less thing for me to have to worry about, saved me a lot of time since I shopped from my couch and helped me throw the party my little girl wished for. When it came time to blow out the candles, she wished for a “huggie” from Daddy and her day was complete:
