These are pictures from my walk this morning. It was a cool and crisp fall morning here in the Pacific Northwest. The sun is expected to burn through the fog and we’ll have a gorgeous fall afternoon. I love this time of year where I live! You know what else I love after my cool morning walk? A delicious cup of hot coffee.

The make my house smell so good and taste even better! I’m not sure what it is about brewing coffee at home but it always give me a really good buzz. I drank a large cup the other morning and I couldn’t sit still! I sorted through ALL of my kid’s toys and got rid of five garbage bags full. Normally I crash mid-afternoon but I was still buzzing long into the evening. It was nice having the extra energy but that much of a buzz is too much sometimes! I also need to tinker with adjusting the amount of coffee I’m using in my brewer because I have a feeling I might be using too much.
