Oh how I long for sunshine and warm days so we can start barbecuing! Seems like it’s been raining nonstop here in the Seattle area. We are seriously due for the beautiful days that no other city can beat. We pay our dues but it’s worth it!
When the sun comes out, there’s nothing like a barbecue to bring the family together for a relaxing afternoon filled with good food and good company. For now, until we get a new BBQ and a break in the weather, baking and broiling will have to do. That doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice that off-the-grill flavor. I’m normally more of a marinade girl, but these dry rub flavors are amazing. So easy to use too! No need to wait like you have to do with marinades. We especially like the Ginger Teriyaki!
