Why is it that the things we tend to misplace are the things that are most important to us? I feel like I am constantly losing my keys or can’t find my phone when I’m already running late. Chipolo was designed to completely eliminate this problem and it’s super easy to use. This bluetooth tracker helps you find things in a matter of seconds with it’s easy to use app (available for iPhone & Android).
The Chipolo device is about the size of a fifty cent pieces. It comes with a key ring so you can attach it to your keys, luggage, backpack etc. or just stick it in your wallet or attach it to anything else that is important to you. You’ll probably want to pick up a couple of these if you are anything like me! Check out these features:
- When your Chipolo device is up to 200 feet from you, you can enable the device to play a 100 decibel melody until you find it. I use this feature the most because I usually just misplace things in my house.
- If your misplaced items are outside of the 200 foot range you can check the last known location from your app for a map that shows you where it was last seen.
- If you mark your Chipolo as lost, Chipolo Community members are enabled to help you search for your lost item. Select “notify when found” and you’ll be alerted when someone finds your lost item. As soon as a community member comes within range of your item, you will receive an email with it’s new location.
- If you’ve misplaced your phone, double press your Chipolo to make your phone ring, even if it’s on silent. I think this is my favorite feature!

This looks and sounds like such an interesting product. I have seen some things on it but never paid that much attention to it. Now reading more I think this could be so very useful!
