Dole Crisps Review & #Giveaway

The Hubs and I are pretty consistant with our “after the kids go to bed” snacks.  We are trying to eat healthier though so we’re cutting back on the root beer floats and bowls of ice cream.  Dole Fruit Crisps are a great alternative and if our kids catch us we can happily share a bite.  Available in three flavors Apple Cinnamon, Apple Pear, and Peach each with a crunchy oat topping, these individual sized servings are the perfect after dinner treat, especially when warmed in the microwave.  At 160 calories or less we can indulge without the guilt!

I love the convenience of these too.  They can be enjoyed at room temperature (great for on-the-go), refrigerated, or warmed (don’t judge me if I add some vanilla ice cream!).  The lid features a foil covered compartment that contains the topping —just peel back, sprinkle on and enjoy the perfect combination of fruit with whole grain oats and brown sugar — YUM!
