I refuse to drink tap water. Quite frankly, I don’t know what’s in it. We had the chance to review a Filtrete Water Pitcher by 3M. Bottled water is so yesterday. Filtered water and carrying your own thermos is in. It’s also more economical.
The Filtrete Water Pitcher holds up to 12 cups of water (but seems like more to me). It filters two and a half more times more water than traditional pitcher filters. I am amazed at how fast the pitcher fills while being filtered. It lasts about 3 months or up to 100 gallons. The indicator shows when it’s time to change the filter, so there’s no guessing. Replacement filters run from $11 to $13 and can be found at major stores and online. At first, I was shocked how expensive and then I started thinking how much bottle water cost in comparison. The Filtrete Water Pitcher is so economical. The pitcher is $35 on Amazon right now (originally $55)!!
