Usually around 7 hours but lately five or so. So much to do, so little time. Would love to have something to help me wind down.
6 hours
I normally get about 6 hours a sleep every night, but that’s kind of done in shifts. 3 hours and then I wake up when my husband does around 4am, then I go back to sleep and sleep until about 8am when the baby wakes up. I’m all for more sleep!
Since we’ve had kids, there is no insomnia in this household. Well, except the 6 month old. Do you think it would help him sleep through the night:)
4/6 hours- a good night is 6 but we have to give meds too mrs.mommyyatgmail.com
I get about 7.5 hours. I can always use more!

I average about 4 hours a night and can often go for two or three nights with little or no sleep at all. Drugs aren’t an option and all the “natural” and herbal sleep aids have been completely ineffective. I need to try this. Anyone have any success with it?

I totally need this for my husband and daughter (she has inherited his sleeping issues — don’t want to sleep or you might miss out on something). I think this would totally help them fall asleep (once they are asleep – they don’t want to wake up).

8 hours but my daughter usually wakes me up at least once during the night
I typically get 7 to 8 hours of sleep but I am always awakened by the dog in the middle of the night because he needs to go potty!

Wow, that sounds great! I used to sleep about 8 hrs which was perfect… then I had a baby. She’s now 2, and I still only get about 5 hrs or so. Not to bad, but I function way better on more.

I really only get 3-4 hours a night sleep. Not only do I have a baby who doesn’t sleep at night, I suffer from insomnia. It would be so great to find a product to help me recharge, I could use it. [email protected]
This is not only intriguing to me, but for my 9 yr old son who has battled sleep issues his entire life!
I get about 7 hours more or less.

During school I usually get around 7, summer I usually get around 9.
I try to get at least 7, but it doesn’t always happen.
I have sleep apnea, so on a good night I might get five hours or so — and on a bad night it’s more like two or three. You can adapt to almost anything, but why would you WANT to adapt to this??
And it gets worse when I get restless and try and fight it, so maybe this prize might help!
Reach me via gmail with flaredz0ne (that big character is a zero), thanks!
I carefully guard my sleep time and usually average 7 to 8 hours a night.
I get about 7 hours of sleep a night. [email protected]
Sometimes when I’m lucky I get eight hours of sleep a night. Sometimes when my head is full of stuff I get maybe three or four.
I swear I can’t get by without at least six hours of sleep a night.
Wow, this would be great! About 7 hours sleep a night!
thanks

As a mother of 7, wife to 1, supervisor to 22 and full time student, I find my mind runs 90 to nothing when I’m trying to get to sleep and I rarely get more than a few hours of sleep. If this would help settle down my thoughts, I’m all for it!
I usually get from 3-5 of sleep each day. I say that because I can’t always seem to sleep at night so I sleep when my body finally gets tired enough. It has a lot to do with body aches from injuries I received when I was a victim of a drunk driver. Lucky to be alive despite being critically injured I now live with the consequences of someone else drinking and driving.
I get between 5 to 6 hours a night. Thanks!
I just don’t get enough sleep and my husband gets even less. This looks like a system that could help us both. Thanks for the contest.
