After several weeks of being on vacation, eating out and indulging in frequent desserts, I’ve decided I need to get back on track and start eating healthier. I have a sweet tooth that can make it a little difficult but since my goal isn’t really to lose a lot of weight but to find healthier options for my daily diet, I don’t have to be super strict. One of my new favorites is greek yogurt with Good to Go Grain-Free Granola on top. It’s so good I can even use it in place of a dessert!
Good to Go Grain-Free Granola is keto certified, gluten-free and organic. It comes in two different flavors — Vanilla Coconut and Chocolate. You can snack on it straight out of the bag or use it as a topping for yogurt, ice cream or other desserts or pour some milk on it and eat like cereal. Any way you decide to eat it, it’s delicious!
This delicious blend of organic nuts and super seeds is lightly sweetened and toasted. It includes ingredients like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and cashews. It’s a great source of Vitamin D and is a wonderful keto-friendly option.
