Frugal Gift Ideas:
Restaurant.com gift certificates or Entertainment books make wonderful family gifts.
If you do surveys that pay in gift cards, why not use those to purchase gifts or give as gifts? If they are small in value, they’d be perfect in a little gift basket. You can get pretty creative and keep out of pocket money to a minimum. Try putting a $5 or $10 Blockbuster card with some popcorn and candy (that you got free with coupons of course) into a basket from the dollar store.
