Since February of this year I’ve been using and learning a lot about essential oils. At first I was just interested in the fragrance and curious about using them in a diffuser in place of scented candles. I loved that the fragrances were all natural and I wouldn’t have to worry about a flame. Essential oils keep my home smelling great but I’ve also discovered that they have some excellent health benefits! Time to put a diffuser in every room!
I love this little Inessence Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser. Not only does it disperse the oils into the air, it humidifies it to prevent dry stuffy air and helps relieve dry and chapped skin during the cold winter months. Depending on the oils you choose to use in it, diffusers can help boost your immune system, help you sleep better or even calm your nerves.
This particular diffuser is the perfect size for your nightstand. It’s small enough to easily move from room to room too! The Inessence diffuser has 4 timer settings and a 3.3 fl. oz. (100ml) capacity. You can set it to run from 30 minutes to 3 hours and then turn off. There is also auto-shut off if the water runs out.
It cycles through 7 changing mood lights as a delicate and steady plume of aromatic mist enters the air. Have a favorite color? Tap the light button when it gets to the one of your choice to keep it on that color. This diffuser works great as a night light for a kid’s bedroom or as mood lighting in other rooms of the house.
The mist might look like steam but there is no heat involved in diffusing. In fact, the mist is actually cool which means the aromatherapy effects of the essential oil will not be compromised.
Currently, these are my favorite oils to diffuse:
Christmas Spirit is a blend of Orange, Cinnamon Bark and Spruce. It smells amazing! It’s also the oil I’m giving away for free this month to anyone that purchases a Premium Starter Kit from Young Living!

My favorite oil to diffuse is Thieves also.
It keeps me symptom free with allergies.
And I just realized last night that one of our cats Lucy is no longer wheezing!
She was quite sick awhile ago with a respiratory things and I diffused Thieves then also.
Her recovery was fantastic.
Yes I”m a dedicated oil user!
Also I’m in the market for a diffuser because mine is going to need replacing soon.
