All three of my kids love Jake and The Never Land Pirates, an animated kids show on the Disney Junior channel. They were so excited to watch a full length movie with all of their favorite characters — Jake And The Never Land Pirates: Jake Saves Bucky.
“According to the Never Land Pirate Code, Jake and his crew must race Bucky against the Jolly Roger and the sneaky Captain Hook. But if Bucky loses, he’ll belong to Hook forever. Of course, Hook uses every trick in the book and wins the race. But, Jake and his crew might have a way to get Bucky back. With the help of Peter Pan, the young pirates embark on an adventure across Never Land that includes getting past a fire-breathing dragon. With your help, Jake’s crew can save Bucky from the devious Captain Hook.”
The combo pack comes with the DVD, digital copy and a Jake and The Never Land Pirates inflatable sword. It sells for $19.99.
In addition to the full length movie, fans will also enjoy 4 additional episodes plus Pirate-oke, a karaoke-like bonus feature that allows viewers to sing along to songs featured in the episodes.
For days my two year old walked around saying something that sounded like “Yo ho vees way!” It wasn’t until my five year old finally translated for me that I discovered she was actually singing “Yo ho matey’s away” So cute! Needless to say, my kiddos loved the movie and the inflatable sword!
