As a busy mom I am terrible about eating actual meals. I make dinner and sit down with my family every night to eat but breakfast and lunch are often forgotten. Grab and Go snacks are my besties. I’m no stranger to food bars. I’ve tried many, many different varieties. Most take care of the nutrition side but lack in flavor. Kate was a ski bum in the 90’s. She wanted an organic energy bar that would taste great and fuel her adventures but she couldn’t find one so she made it herself. Kate’s Real Food now makes hand-rolled energy bars made with high quality organic ingredients for everyone to enjoy.
They are available in 6 delicious flavors with a great-taste guarantee and no artificial sweeteners. From the Mango Coconut Tiki Bar, to the Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Tram Bar, each one is certified organic, gluten free, non-GMO, and Kosher.
I love the texture and the flavor of these bars and honestly cannot pick a favorite. They are all delicious. They are filling and taste great. I enjoy eating them! The bars are good sized and actually classified as two servings though I’ve yet to not eat a whole one in one sitting.
These bars are anything but bland and they don’t have that gross “healthy” flavor that some bars have. They’ve got a sweet flavor naturally with honey but also a bit of salt for the perfect flavor combo. Kate’s Real Food bard were voted the “Best Tasting Bar” at REI and that doesn’t surprise me at all! They’re really good! I love this grab n’ go snack that gives me energy without slowing me down.
