Honestly, I don’t know anything about wine. I usually don’t even care for the taste of it unless it’s in sangria. But something in bottles this pretty MUST taste good, right? Well, in this case, I’d have to say that’s true! I was very pleasantly surprised with Kobrand wines.
I started with the Sweet Moscato. This is the first wine I think I’ve every truly enjoyed the flavor of and I love how Kobrand describes it:
“Bright gold in color, this sweet wine delivers intense pear, peach and spice aromas and flavors, and fresh, vivacious bubbles.”
Doesn’t it sound amazing?! They suggest paring it with fruit pies and tarts, fruit cobblers or fresh strawberries, peaches or raspberries. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
You can find all the technical wine details about this variety here.
Next I tried the Moscado which was obviously similar but not as sweet. This is how Kobrand describes it:
“Bright golden yellow in color, this wine delivers an assertive bouquet with exotic fruit and spice aromas and a fresh, vivacious and highly polished palate.”
If the other two wines, Prosecco and Pinot Grigio are anything like the other two, I’m sure I’ll enjoy them as well!
Pinot Grigio features a dry, crisp, vibrant texture and delicate aromas of white fruit, flowers and almonds. Sounds good however I’m typically not a fan of dry wines at all. This one pairs well with white meats, fish, seafood, pasta dishes and delicate cheeses.
Prosecco is described as “Bright with persistent bubbles, the wine has a fruity aroma of citrus, green apple and acacia blossoms. On the palate, the elegant, brut-style wine has a pleasant acidity and freshness and a soft, round mouthfeel.”
I’m sitting here by myself at 11:30 pm and tempted to open this one — it sounds smooth and flavorful! Plus, it pairs well with light cheeses, prosciutto and other antipasti, fried foods, light pastas and desserts. YUM! I see a girl’s night in my future!

I’m not one to usually drink wine but I do like the pretty bottles these wines come in.
