Kohl’s Cares Winnie the Pooh Books & Plush Giveaway

It’s time again for a new selection of Kohl’s Cares for Kids books and plush toys. This time around, they are featuring classic Winnie the Pooh story books with matching plush Tigger, Pooh and Eeyore. As always, they are only $5 each online and in Kohl’s stores through the end of September.

The books are high quality hardcover with dust jackets and include the following titles: Winnie the Pooh: Nature’s
True Colors; Winnie the Pooh: One Special Tree; Winnie the Pooh: Roo’s Big Nature Day; and Winnie the Pooh: Somebody’s
Treasure.

The plush toys are great quality too. My 3 year old son says “Mommy, feel how soft my friends are!” And they are surprisingly soft! We especially love Eeyore’s hair. Jackson really took to these toys and books. He loves they way “his friends” all sit up on their own and he likes to line them up next to each other and “read” the stories to them (or have me read to all of them).

I’ve always been a fan of the Kohl’s Cares for Kids program. I mentioned in this post what a great gift I think the books with matching plush toys make. Not only are they a great price but 100% of the profits go to benefit children’s health and education initiatives nationwide.

Books from the Kohl’s Cares for Kids program are also a great way to help build your children’s library. You can’t beat the price and the books are high quality- in both material and content.

Since 2000, the Kohl’s Cares for Kids program (celebrating their 10th anniversary this year!) has turned $5 merchandise into more $150 million that has helped children in various ways across the country.

Sometimes an additional book is featured for families or adults. This time it’s a cookbook called Deceptively Delicious: “This cookbook teaches that eating vegetable can be fun. It’s the perfect venue for parents looking to serve healthy food that kids will enjoy. Plus, it contains a month’s worth of recipes for the whole family to enjoy.” Recipes include pureed cauliflower in mac and cheese, and kale in spaghetti and meatballs.
