You don’t have to be Vegan to enjoy Vegan products but if you are Vegan you’ll probably appreciate the premium baking mixes from Lehi Mills. They have over 100 years of milling experience and have recently launched a certified Vegan Line that includes Vegan Pancake and Waffle Mix, Vegan Raspberry Muffin Mix, and Vegan Double Fudge Brownie Mix. They’re perfect for those that lead a plant-based lifestyle. My family is far from that but we can’t resist muffins and brownies and we all enjoy an easy breakfast for dinner option like pancake mix!
I made the Raspberry Muffins for my kids today for an afterschool snack. They literally went crazy for these! My oldest daughter ate FOUR of them (she’s going through a growth spurt). She rated them “10 out of 10, would eat again”. My youngest said “Mom, these muffins are BOMB” and my son asked me to get more of them. They were gone in minutes and my husband and I only split one! They really were delicious and I think my kids were happy to try a new flavor. I normally make banana or pumpkin muffins so raspberry was an exciting change!
I love how quick and easy they were to make. Just add water and oil, mix, and bake! You’ll have warm, cake-like muffins in minutes with sweet raspberries in every bite. Yum!
We haven’t tried the other mixes yet but if they are even half as good as the muffins, they’ll be winners! Here’s a little more info on the other mixes from Lehi Mills:
