I love how creativity comes out so differently in each of my kids. My oldest daughter is very artistic. She loves to draw. My son on the other hand really struggles in the art department but he’s quite clever when it comes to construction. He loves any sort of building toy. He was really excited when I introduced him to Magnaflex. It’s a building toy unlike any we’ve seen before. The pieces are bendable, flexibl, zippabl, snappable and stackable for a whole lot of creative license!
Jackson opened the box and immediately got to work on building one of the included projects. This is a great way to get familiar with how the pieces can work together by following the instructions. This set is recommended for ages 3+. Jackson is 10 and he did hit a bump in the process but was able to quickly figure it out.
The set we have is geared toward building different types of vehicles like this airplane. The Magnaflex Vehicles set has just 22 pieces and is a great beginner or starter set.
