With school right around the corner I’ve been on the looking for some convenient snacks to pack in my kids lunch boxes. Since we already love Justin’s other products, we were excited to try their new product — Justin’s Snack Pack. Available in 3 nut butter and pretzel combinations, these snack packs are the perfect size for lunch boxes or snacking on the go. Like all of Justin’s products, Snack Packs are made with high quality ingredients and taste great. They are just 200-210 calories per pack.
Gluten Free pretzels and Chocolate Hazelnut Butter, Classic Almond Butter or Maple Almond Butter are packaged in 100 percent recycled plastic containers. I took a couple to my son’s football practice the other night for my girls to snack on since practices are 2 hours and they tend to get hungry. Despite the 90 degree heat, the peanut butter isn’t exactly soft. The pretzels usually break when trying to scoop it out. I tried “stirring” it with a pretzel to make it more scoopable but that didn’t work very well either. My girls really loved these Snack Packs but were frustrated that they could only eat about half of the nut butter with the pretzels. They asked for a spoon to get out the rest. Because of this, we prefer Justin’s Squeeze Packs that can be mixed up prior to opening.
The Snack Pack product line is available exclusively at Target stores nationwide for an SRP of $1.99. I saw them this week priced at 2 for $3.
