I don’t share personal news very often but I’m too excited to contain myself! After selling our house in June and a long process of trying to purchase a home that was short sale, we ended up buying a different house and finally got the keys yesterday — 6 long months later! Now the last thing you ever want to do is move during the holidays but I have to say, this is the BEST Christmas present EVER!
We have plans to convert 2 of the 4 garages into two extra bedrooms and a theater room. I am beyond excited to start getting settled in, decorating and starting some other projects and our kids are thrilled to have their own bedrooms!

Congratulations on your new home. what a beautiful home. and i love the color too. four garages are a lot so i see why it can be transformed. do you plan to transform the ones with the rooms on top or the ones on the side
Thanks! We plan on converting the side that does not have the rooms on top because that side is set up to be an apartment above the garage with it’s own entrance. We won’t be using it that way but want to keep our options open down the line 🙂
