I’ve been plagued with skin problems much of my life. I had horrible acne in my teen years and still battle with it today in my late 30’s. Most recently, I was diagnosed with Rosacea. I had a couple of blemishes on my face that wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried from my arsenal of skincare products and medications. After several months, I finally went to a doctor convinced that I had skin cancer. Luckily, Rosacea is much less concerning and I can get relief with an over the counter medication.
Prosacea® Medicated Rosacea Gel is a medicated treatment recommended by dermatologists that helps control the symptoms of rosacea including redness, bumps and irritation. What’s really nice about this product is that it can be worn under makeup. The lightweight, water-based formula absorbs quickly into the skin so you can go about your regular routine. The formula also contains aloe to help soothe dry, reddened skin.
Only a very small amount of product is needed. A little goes a long way. It can be used up to three times a day. I’ve personally been using it morning and night for the past 3 days and have been very pleased with the results. It’s no wonder Prosacea is the #1 over-the-counter rosacea treatment with a 90% satisfaction among users because it works! Most users see results in just days!

Like with everything in your medicine cabinet, please make sure to read and follow all label instructions before using Prosacea.

i haven’t done anything to deal with my rosacea yet. i have just started noticing it. i can’t wait to see if this is the product for me. thanks for the awesome review.
So far my doctor doesnt feel I have to do anything yet, but I would love to hide the redness,
So far it looks like a rosy healthy glow, so I haven’t done anything. May be soon I will.
I have struggled with rosacea for most of my adult life. I would like to try this product.
I haven’t done anything yet but I am ordering some Prosacea right now.I hate feeling like everyone is staring at my red face.
Not sure if I have rosacea but my face gets red lots.
I’ve just started noticing some red, but I tried Zax, and it seems to work.
I don’t have it but my 31 yr old daughter does,,she is forever trying to cover it up,,she has 4 kids and works full time so she doesn’t have time to run to the Doctor all the time,i don’t think she has tried this,,and would love to try it,,some times is worse than others
I have just recently started to show signs of rosacea. I am just trying to avoid sunlight since it seems to make it flare.
I have had rosacea sinceI was a teenager , over 30 years. When I was in my 30’s I saw a dematoligist and used a topical medicine. It helped with the break outs and a little with the redness. But after a few years I stopped the dematoligist and the medicine and now I don’t get many breakouts but the redness has spread. It’s time I looked into a treatment again. Thanks for the post and giveaway.
I didn’t even realize I had it until a dermatologist told me recently, so I haven’t done much about it yet.
So far, I’ve tried vitamins prescribed by a dermatologist, a cream prescribed by a different dermatologist that irritated my skin, and just plain old covering the redness with makeup. I’d really like something that works!
I hear ya! It seems to be very stubborn and hard to control but this stuff does a pretty good job!
I use witch hazel which helps calm the redness a bit but isn’t helping as much as I would like. This stuff sounds wonderful!
Find a mild, unscented soap that’s not irritating.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been noticing these symptoms. I’ve tried moisturizer and cortizone lotion for eczema. Can’t say either has worked.
I have experienced it before but nothing ever seemed to help it.
I use a concealer with green pigment when it flares up.
I haven’t found anything that helps yet, but I haven’t tried this.
my 30yr old daughter is the one who has this,,she hasn’t tried this yet,,she would love too
I haven’t done anything for it yet !
I don’t have it but my husband does and is so self-conscious about it. He’s had laser treatments with little help. I wonder if this product would help him.
I don’t do anything but cover it up if it’s a special occasion. I would love to try this cream.
just wear my confidence 🙂
I have tried just about everything but nothing seems to help. I have to admit that I have been covering it up for years as it is so embarrassing.
Honestly this product is not for me but for my young daughter who suffers for eczema. i thin these products from Prosacea could help.
I have been struggling with redness and bumps for years (since after being pregnant with my two kids). It is embarrassing, and as you say, I don’t just want to cover it up — I want it to clear up! I have found that using witch hazel twice a day has helped at least a little because it clears up acne and reduces the red of the rosacea a little. I would really like to try this gel product though!
I use a non-soap cleanser to wash my face, and wear sunscreen every day !
I use witch hazel as a cleanser and toner, and this seems to reduce the irritation. I also use a green concealer to mask the redness.
I was diagnosed with Rosacea last week and went to Walgreen’s and bought Prosacea. I’ve only been using it a short time, but it has made a difference. I also make sure to wash my face morning and night with a mild moisturizing soap.
