I know there are all sorts of opinions on whether or not shopping at warehouses like Costco and Sam’s Club are worth their membership price. My family has held a Costco membership for years and I don’t want to give it up. I love Costco’s fresh, frozen and bakery products as well as their clothing and seasonal items. We purchase all of our boneless skinless frozen chicken from Costco and often that is the only thing we purchase during a trip. My husband works across the street so he can just run in and pick it up on his way home. We tend to shop at Costco for occasions- birthday parties, large family gatherings, camping trips etc. Sometimes it’s just to pick up a pie for a dinner with friends.
Recently, MyBlogSpark and General Mills sent us a Costco sized box of Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix Bars and a box of Simply Fruit Roll Ups. Both were perfect for summer. We used them for snacks and plenty left to take with us on our camping and other weekend outing trips. My kids as well as my husband and myself loved them both! The fruit roll ups came in Strawberry and Wildberry which were both yummy. And would you believe they each contain a full serving of fruit?! How great is that? The Trail Mix bars contained whole nuts and pieces of fruit. I could feel good about giving my kids these as a nutritious snack. Best of all, there were 48 granola bars and 42 fruit roll ups per box and they lasted us quite awhile.
