My thoughts: I’ve been really into mineral makeup lately. It’s unbelievable what a difference it makes to my skin. I was excited to try this new brand. Picking colors for foundation has never been easy for me- I have no idea how to describe my skintone. I failed miserably when I chose my foundation colors on Jenulence.com but I was still able to test out it’s texture, blendability etc. The formula I tried was the foundation/concealer. It can be used as a concealer or as foundation with good coverage. I prefer something with good coverage and I was satisfied with this formula. It covered well but didn’t go on thick. It can be built in layers to get the coverage you are looking for.
Eye colors on the other hand are quite a bit easier for me to pick out. I hit the jackpot with the ones I selected. I absolutely LOVE both of them. The first was a neutral brownish grey color with a little bit of shimmer called Cashmere. It would probably work for just about any skintone. The second color I chose was a purplish silver color called Amethyst that looks stunning and really brings out the color of green eyes. Both went on very smoothly and the color was buildable so you can take your look from subtle to dramatic.
I had a little trouble with the blush at first. It’s very pigmented and a little goes a LONG way. Once I got the hang of it though, I thought the color was perfect (plum satin) and it actually blended quite well when applied correctly. It also has a hint of shimmer.
Over all, I was impressed with Jenlence and think their prices are very reasonable. Remember, a little goes a long way with these products!

I’d like the Yellow Beige Mineral Foundation Powder, Coral Satin Blush and Finishing Powder!
